Working with Appliance Works, you can have the confidence knowing you are working with a local vetted, licensed and reliable appliance repair company.
Being licensed, especially in the appliance repair business, means a company has gone the extra mile to prove their reputation, knowledge and ability to stand behind the work they do and be held accountable. Appliance Works has made the investment and demonstrated the capability to be able live up to the higher standard as a licensed contractor.
Appliance Works is bonded which means that we are fully committed to completing any repair from start to finish and have the bond to protect any customer in the unlikely event a job is not completed for payment rendered.
Maybe the most important of all three is that Appliance Works is insured. While we always take great care in the work we do, unforeseen events can occur. Having the work done by a fully insured company provides the safety that if anything does happen, there is the financial backing to make it right.
The technician Edwin went above and beyond and provided excellent service. Could not be happier
Edwin was so delightful and skilled. His primary objective was to diagnose and solve the dishwasher’s problem accurately and effectively. Mission accomplished with minimal cost. He was so polite and kind. Thank you, Edwin! We’ll definitely reach out for all our appliance needs.
Edwin was friendly and professional, he diagnosed the problem and explained the solution, and executed the work - he was knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of our questions. We have used Appliance works for Washer, Range and Refrigerator- we are happy with the results each time.
We have been working with Appliance Works for a number of years. This review is for another 5 star wonderful experience. Edwin was our service tech. Friendly, professional and on time. Advance communication when on his wayalways appreciated. The gas stove is a top of the line KitchenAid Superba.or at least it was 23 years ago! Interior glass panel cracked. Was concerned the part would not be availablefortunately it was. Prompt return visit with panel. Looks like new. Fair pricing. Somewhat complicated repairdo not DIY this! FinallyI dont recommend using the self cleaning featureit overheats your stove and causes lots of problems.like broken glass panels!
Riley was absolutely fantastic. He was suppose to install a new disposal because mine was broken. When he examined my disposal he saw that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty and provided me with the information to contact them to get a new unit for free. Such honesty and helpfulness is not often seen. I applaud Riley.
We have used Appliance Work for many years and hat only great results. Every one is very nice and they get always back to us in a very short time. I gave they'r name to many of our friends and all have been very happy that did so. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE VERY BEST!
