Working with Appliance Works, you can have the confidence knowing you are working with a local vetted, licensed and reliable appliance repair company.
Being licensed, especially in the appliance repair business, means a company has gone the extra mile to prove their reputation, knowledge and ability to stand behind the work they do and be held accountable. Appliance Works has made the investment and demonstrated the capability to be able live up to the higher standard as a licensed contractor.
Appliance Works is bonded which means that we are fully committed to completing any repair from start to finish and have the bond to protect any customer in the unlikely event a job is not completed for payment rendered.
Maybe the most important of all three is that Appliance Works is insured. While we always take great care in the work we do, unforeseen events can occur. Having the work done by a fully insured company provides the safety that if anything does happen, there is the financial backing to make it right.
Customers say: The recent reviews exhibit a positive sentiment towards Appliance Works, with many customers expressing satisfaction with the service provided. The recurring themes in the reviews include friendly and professional technicians, timely responses, efficient repairs, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. Customers also appreciate the technicians' knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to explain the issues and solutions in a clear and understandable manner. Additionally, the prompt scheduling of appointments and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction are frequently mentioned. Negative reviews are present but are outweighed by the positive ones. Customers who had negative experiences mention issues such as long wait times, high service fees, and technicians who were not as knowledgeable or efficient as expected. However, even in these cases, the overall sentiment remains positive, with customers acknowledging the efforts of the company to address their concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Steve did a great job diagnosing my dryer‘s problem and fixing it! He was very efficient and professional. His technical skill set made it easy for him to quickly fix the problem. Thanks, Steve.
Awesome Riley! Will always call for him in the future. Brilliant!
Riley, our technician, came out initially to look at our GE dishwasher leak error msg and after inspection suggested reducing the amount of soap we used and avoid bubbling overflow, and do an occasional rinse to clear out any excess soap. After trying that a few times, we still got the occasional error signal. We called out Riley again and he found an interior cap had come loose and he popped it back in to create the proper seal and fix the leak. They didnt charge us for the second visit since it was related to the 1st call, so they stand behind their work. Riley was very courteous and personable, as was our first experience using them a couple yrs prior for a fridge repair at a rental we owned. They provide fair pricing and do quality work. This company will always be our go to when it comes to appliance repair!
Today is the first time we used Appliance Works, and we'll definitely use them again when needed. Riley figured out the problem with our dishwasher quickly, showed me the problem and fixed it in no time at a reasonable cost. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thanks, Riley!
