Riley stopped out to diagnose our cooktop. He was very quick in identifying the problem and provided a reasonable repair estimate, including a 1-year warranty on the part and work. Within 1 business day Appliance Works had the correct, original manufacturer's replacement part, and Riley had the part installed quickly. Riley was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very appreciative at how quickly Riley and Appliance Works was able to address and resolve our problem. Thank you very much!
Riley, our technician, came out initially to look at our GE dishwasher leak error msg and after inspection suggested reducing the amount of soap we used and avoid bubbling overflow, and do an occasional rinse to clear out any excess soap. After trying that a few times, we still got the occasional error signal. We called out Riley again and he found an interior cap had come loose and he popped it back in to create the proper seal and fix the leak. They didnt charge us for the second visit since it was related to the 1st call, so they stand behind their work. Riley was very courteous and personable, as was our first experience using them a couple yrs prior for a fridge repair at a rental we owned. They provide fair pricing and do quality work. This company will always be our go to when it comes to appliance repair!
Today is the first time we used Appliance Works, and we'll definitely use them again when needed. Riley figured out the problem with our dishwasher quickly, showed me the problem and fixed it in no time at a reasonable cost. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thanks, Riley!
