Working with Appliance Works, you can have the confidence knowing you are working with a local vetted, licensed and reliable appliance repair company.
Being licensed, especially in the appliance repair business, means a company has gone the extra mile to prove their reputation, knowledge and ability to stand behind the work they do and be held accountable. Appliance Works has made the investment and demonstrated the capability to be able live up to the higher standard as a licensed contractor.
Appliance Works is bonded which means that we are fully committed to completing any repair from start to finish and have the bond to protect any customer in the unlikely event a job is not completed for payment rendered.
Maybe the most important of all three is that Appliance Works is insured. While we always take great care in the work we do, unforeseen events can occur. Having the work done by a fully insured company provides the safety that if anything does happen, there is the financial backing to make it right.
Riley was great. He was thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Javon was excellent! He was professional and thorough explaining the problem and providing the solution! Highly recommend!!
Excellent service. Arrived on time and was very helpful. Although the appliance was "frozen" and unable to be repaired at the time, we were advised what steps to go through to get it running again and if that doesn't work, who to contact for a replacement from the company. Riley, in Carefree, was very informative and helpful and we will definitely call him again if we have trouble with another appliance or if this one does not start running correctly again!
Javon was quick, friendly, and professional. Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Bonus points, my dog liked him as well and my dog typically is very skittish of strangers. We will be requesting Javon in the future.
First visit was with Steve, whose diagnostics revealed a part needed ordering. Second visit was with Riley, who took apart the entire face of the freezer to install the part- which didnt fix the problem.Since he new it was a bigger problem, he reinstalled my old part and put freezer back together. A few days later Riley came back and installed a new motherboard for the whole unit- which solved the no water/ ice problem. He said the refrigerator needed a brain transplant! Very nice guy- jovial and upbeat and knew how to fix the problem. Definitely would hire this company again!
