Riley was our service technician and from the moment he walked in the door, I knew I was given an experienced person to deal with my issue. Riley knew immediately, after looking at the refrigerator, what the issue was (circuit board) and replaced the board with a new one. I was very impressed with the professionalism and experience of Riley. He did a very good job for me. I have no problem recommending Appliance Works to others.

My dryer was making terrible sounds so I called Appliance Works and got an appointment very quickly Riley came out and knew the likely cause and had all of the required parts available He was competent, courteous and very knowledgeable. When your fridge stops working, chock full of newly purchased groceries, youre up against the clock and want quick and reliable service. I found just that with Appliance Works (and Edwin)! Never having needed appliance repair since moving here six years ago, I turned to Yelp, Google, and Nextdoor looking for recommendations. I poured through numerous ratings for Appliance Works and figured Id give them a try.
Edwin was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, made arrangements to swing by after getting the necessary part first thing in the morning. Upfront he told me the total costs, and offered to not charge until completion the following day. He returned and repaired the fridge with ease. I will definitely use them again if needed!
I chose Appliance Works due to the outstanding reviews to work on various appliances in our new home. We needed service on Dacor ovens, a Thermador gas range, and an ancient Scotsmen ice maker. Got a quick appointment and Riley showed up promptly. He immediately grasped what was going on with everything and was able to diagnose issues and take care of them. This happened as we're chatting away, enjoying each other's company. Tip: If you're in the Cave Creek/Carefree area hire them, they have a local office. Riley also likes good coffee too!
Edwin did a great job during his initial visit to understand what was happening with our relatively new (less than 2 years) old dishwasher. He also provided explicit details what to do to make sure LG supported the warranty on our washer motor. It was really great and their response after LG gave them what was needed was awesome too! I will use them again when I need appliance repair work! Thanks Edwin!
