Our repair guy Steve was great , he had to make a trip back with parts but we were kept informed and updated all the way through the process. The end result was our microwave was repaired and there were no surprise charges. Very happy with everything from scheduling through completion.

Javon was our service technician, who did a great job. Showing up for the appointments when scheduled and replacing the broken item of our dishwasher with OEM parts. Ensured the dishwasher was drained fully before returning the following day with the exact part needed and making sure all was operational.
