Our Washer was pounding so hard during the 'spin' cycle that it actually moved the Washer. Javon came out and found we needed new 'springs'. He was so kind and knowledgeable. Assured me it was nothing I did. They just wear out like anything else. He had to go get the new 'springs' and would be back by the end of the day to replace them. And he did. We liked him so much, we asked for several business cards to give to Friends should they have any appliance problems.
